PPV (ППВ)

Application

PPV brand wire is used for electrical installations in fixed wiring for lighting and power circuits, and for rigid installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms, and tools with a nominal voltage up to 450 V and frequency up to 400 Hz or direct current voltage up to 1000 V. It is intended for installation in steel or plastic channels, hollow channels of building structures, where there are no frequent bends in the wire.

Main Technical Characteristics

- Nominal voltage: 450 V.
- Test voltage: 2 kV, 50 Hz (in water).
- Ambient temperature during operation: -50C to +70C, temperature at which wires are installed is not lower than -15C.
- Bending radius during installation: not less than 10 wire diameters.
- Flexibility class of electric conductive strands: 1.

Construction/Design

Conducting strand: copper, single-wire.
Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound.
Separating tape base is made of insulation material.
